Shipping Information
We ship all our products from the European Union to provide you with high-quality health solutions. Due to the sensitive nature of our products and the associated risks, we do not disclose our specific shipping location.
We offer reliable shipping options to ensure that your order reaches you safely and efficiently. Below are our shipping methods:
- Reship for EU Countries: We provide expedited shipping within EU countries, ensuring fast and secure delivery.
- Reship for the Rest of the World: We also ship to locations outside the EU, utilizing trusted carriers for international shipping. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Re-Shipping Policy - Europe
Damaged Orders
If a customer's order is damaged:
- Request detailed pictures of the parcel showing the receiver's details.
- Ask for pictures of the damaged products.
Once your manager confirms the status, we will re-ship the items for free.
Lost Orders
If an order has not been delivered within 45 days after the dispatch date:
- Email us with the tracking number.
After your manager confirms the status, we will re-ship it for free.
Seized Orders
We have not encountered seizures in the EU. However, if this occurs, we will re-ship the order for free.
Re-Shipping Policy - Rest of the World
Damaged Orders
If a customer's order is damaged:
- Request detailed pictures of the parcel showing the receiver's details.
- Ask for pictures of the damaged products.
When half of the damaged goods' value is paid and confirmed, we will re-ship the full value of goods.
Lost Orders
If an order has not been delivered within 45 days after the dispatch date:
